Coach Eleven Privacy Policy

Coach Eleven is a local-first coaching application. This policy explains what data the app handles and, importantly, what it does not do.

Summary

• Coach Eleven has no user account, no sign-in, and no company-operated server.
• All team, player, tactical, training, and match data you create is stored only in the app's local database on your device.
• We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your coaching data.
• The only data that leaves your device is data you explicitly choose to export (for example, a .coach11 team package you share via AirDrop, Files, iCloud Drive, or email).

What data the app stores locally

• Team, season, and player information you enter (names, shirt numbers, positions, notes).
• Game models, tactics boards, role instructions, training sessions, weekly plans, match plans, and match reviews you create.
• Your Coach Eleven plan/entitlement status (Free, Monthly Subscription, or Full Purchase), stored locally after purchase.
• Help/onboarding progress (e.g. which tips you've dismissed).

This data lives in the app's local database (IndexedDB/SQLite-backed storage) on your iPad. Deleting the app deletes this data, unless you have exported a backup file yourself.

What we do not do

• We do not operate a backend server that stores your data.
• We do not require or use a user account.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use analytics SDKs that transmit personal or usage data off-device.

In-app purchases

Subscriptions (Coach Eleven Monthly) and the one-time Full Purchase are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information; Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction data.

Data you export

Features like Export Team Package, Full Local Backup, PDF/Markdown/image export, and CSV export create a file on your device that you choose where to save and with whom to share (Files app, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, Mail, Messages, etc.). Once exported, that file is outside of Coach Eleven's control — treat it like any other document containing player names and coaching notes.

Children's privacy

Coach Eleven is a tool for coaches and is not directed at children. Player information (such as name and shirt number) may be entered by a coach about minors as part of normal team management; this data is never transmitted off-device by the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and the new version will be published at the same URL.
